Zara is micro1’s AI recruiter and conducts the interview for all candidates applying to roles on the platform. Zara’s interviews employ a structured and standardized process, designed to be fair, scalable, and consistent.Instead of relying purely on a resume or someone’s opinion, the interview allows candidates to demonstrate how they think, communicate, and solve real problems in their area of expertise.
Candidates can apply to micro1 through our Opportunities Portal. Each role has predefined skill requirements set by our recruiters based on client’s requirements. Once a candidate applies, Zara’s interview questions are tailored to the specific skills required for that role.
The interview happens in real time. Zara asks a series of open-ended questions and candidates answer them out loud, just like how they would in an interview with a human. Zara runs the interview without biased filters, and the session is recorded so our human recruiters can review results and match candidates to roles.Interviews are between 20 and 40 minutes long, depending on how many skills the candidate is evaluated on. Evaluation of one skill generally takes around 7 minutes.
