How long do pipelines last?

Pipelines will continue as long as the client has work to be completed. Clients try to give us as much forward guidance as possible, but in the rapidly developing AI field, clients’ needs can change. We will always provide as much forward guidance as possible regarding pipeline continuation and completion. If a client decides to close down or cancel a pipeline, micro1 will do its best to place you on a similar pipeline, if one exists.

Are there full-time roles available at micro1, or internship opportunities?

Can I work on 2 pipelines simultaneously?

This is sometimes permissible, yes! It requires approval from the pipeline leads of both pipelines, but it can be done at times.

What happens after the pipeline ends? 

When a pipeline comes to an end, micro1 makes every effort to map experts onto other available pipelines, and in case there are none, we will reach out proactively if new opportunities arise.

If I reject an offer, will it affect me from receiving future offers?

Not at all! It will have no bearing on future offers.

How can I get confirmation of work or payments for housing or other purposes?

You can attain such confirmation within Deel at this link!

Where can I find my tax forms?

If a relevant tax form is issued to you, you can access is in your deel profile:

1. Log in to your Deel contractor account
2. From the left-side menu, go to: Finance → Tax Forms (In some layouts: Profile icon → Documents → Tax Forms)
3. Look for: Form 1099-NEC
4. The relevant tax year (e.g., 2025)
5. Click Download to get the PDF copy.
